Initial site survey

• Discussion of your project needs
• Initial electrical testing to determine if the proposed installation is suitable for upgrade
• Thermal imaging (where required)

2.

Quotation

• A quotation for works will be issued electronically
• The quotation can be accepted online/electronically
• A deposit may be requested (depending on the project)
• Once the quotation has been accepted, you will receive a proposed work schedule 

3.

Completion of works 

• All works will be carried out in accordance with the schedule
• All waste will be removed from site
• A full tour of the site will be provided upon completion of works

4.

Documentation

Depending on the project, the following documentation will be issued:

• Electrical Installation Certification (registration through Building Control)
• Electrcial Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Electrical minor works certificate
• Gas safety records
• Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) report
• Fire alarm assessment
• Fire alarm installation certification
• Emergency lighting certification
• Warranty for parts & guarantee information
